Terms of Sale

All family download and phone support licenses (including those that come with kits) are lifetime for the children of one generation in the original purchaser’s family. Schools and tutors need to purchase separate download and phone support licenses.

For classroom teachers: each digital kit is licensed for printing for one classroom of up to 30 students. Download and phone support licenses are non-transferable. Please call 888-556-MATH for details.

Return Policy

Physical kits may be returned within 30 days for full credit (excluding shipping either way), unless you have downloaded anything for that kit — in which case the digital kit price will be deducted from your return.

CDs, downloads, and pre-owned kits are not returnable and are non-refundable.

All returns must have a ShillerLearning-issued RA (return authorization) number. If you ship product back without an RA number, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee (minimum $25) plus any additional shipping charges incurred. Please call 888-556-MATH to get your RA number and return address before shipping back any product.

• A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-kit items.
• Phone support, downloads, online-only products (including download kits and SAT Prep), and audio CDs are non-refundable.
• If any portion of the returned product is damaged, we reserve the right to assess an additional charge.
• Shipping is your responsibility both ways; we do not refund shipping charges.
• If you purchase a kit and download one or more lesson books, we can accept a return on that kit minus the cost of the download kit.

Privacy Policy

Section 1 — What Do We Do With Your Information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to help us learn about your browser and operating system.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

Section 2 — Consent

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Section 4 — Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card data encrypted via PCI-DSS standards. Purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your transaction and is then deleted. For more information, see Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.

Section 5 — Third-Party Services

Third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide. Certain providers may be located in a different jurisdiction than you or us, and your information may become subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party site, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.

Section 6 — Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices. Credit card information is encrypted using SSL technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

• _session_id — Unique token, sessional. Allows Shopify to store information about your session.
• _shopify_visit — No data held, persistent for 30 minutes. Used to record the number of visits.
• _shopify_uniq — No data held, expires midnight of the next day. Counts visits by a single customer.
• cart — Unique token, persistent for 2 weeks. Stores information about your cart contents.
• _secure_session_id — Unique token, sessional.
• storefront_digest — Unique token, indefinite. Used to determine if a visitor has access to a password-protected shop.
• PREF — Set by Google. Tracks who visits the store and from where.

Section 8 — Age of Consent

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

Section 9 — Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. If we make material changes, we will notify you on this page. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners.

Messaging Terms and Conditions: By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from ShillerLearning (+1 203-210-5208) regarding account notifications, customer care, and delivery notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties.
