Shipping policy

We use Fedex or UPS Ground or USPS to ship domestically and internationally because we have found these rates to be the lowest and delivery times fastest.

USA shipping costs are 10% (minimum $8.95); Canada 15% (minimum $25); Int'l 25% (minimum $60).

Purchasers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and/or import fees imposed by the country of import.

We have a great deal of experience with international shipping and based on our experience we do our best to put the appropriate text in for your country to minimize the likelihood that you will incur inappropriate fees but ultimately the decision is up to your country.

Most US orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Conroe, TX, 77303. Our usual order processing time is two business days.
